Spanish law states that if you marry a Spanish citizen, you can apply for Spanish citizenship after living with him for one year. Switzerland
Switzerland is generally a country with strict immigration policies, but citizenship is available through legal marriage. The process is also quite simple. If your husband or wife is a Swiss citizen and you have been together for three years, you can apply for citizenship after five years of residence. If you are also living outside the country, you can still apply for citizenship after six years of marriage. The Swiss citizenship process is usually completed quite quickly. Once you have obtained citizenship of this country, you will also get the opportunity to live in Europe. The application will require evidence of good integration into Swiss society; such as knowledge of the Swiss language, culture, etc.; proof of no criminal record and a valid marital relationship.
